beta [Pre-Release] macOS Ventura

Guys please help, I’m at a loss with Ventura on AMD. It boots and installs but instead of the initial setup I get a black or grey screen. It sometimes goes past this but when I get to network selection I get an instant reboot. Monterey works great. Attached my EFI for diagnosis.

Kernel patches need to be updated for Ventura

MaxKernel is Wrong (if you are using this EFI for ventura

Also GPU device injection is wrong (you do not need of it

Yea I am trying to use this on Ventura. I will update the min max values and remove GPU injection and try again when I can. What is the new max? Can we just use 99.99?
I got the kernel patches from the amd-OS X GitHub so I assumed they were correct.

for Ventura is 22.99.99

By the way here are in an italian part of this forum

 

if you like, open a thread in International section of macos86.it and i think your system will boot in Ventura OS also with Clover bootloader 😛 😛

I have tried Clover but I get a KP. 
I will update my patches and test again. I will post in international section next time, my apologies. Google translated this forum into English so I thought nothing of it.

Create a thread in International area of macos86.it and post a your working EFi with Monterey 12.4 or 12.5 beta (OpenCore and Clover that you prefer 🙂 )

I think we can have success also for you as we did in the past 😉

Qualcuno ha visto un aumento di temperature sotto Ventura? Oggi pomeriggio ho visto 70°... con bigsur non ci sono mai arrivato...raffreddamento a liquido che fa più schifo di uno ad aria, e dovrei cambiare la pasta...

Anche il mio portatile con Ventura Beta2 appena avviato la CPU va al 40, 50 % con temperature 60 °70°  poi la CPU scende a 2 ,3  %  e la temperatura si stabilizza a 50, 55 °

inoltre ho ventura su HD esterno quindi non so se influisce sulla temperatura ....

Anche a me... Boot loop selezionando macOS installer, dopo un reset ho selezionato invece il disco Ventura... sta procedendo... 

Però è divertente dai  ad ogni rilascio c è una novità

... Adesso da aggiornamento software ha trovato altro, xcode credo... Lo lascio finire vediamo un po'

Mi sa che si è riscaricato l aggiornamento 1,5gb + 700mb xcode.. Riavviato, bootloop da macOS installer... Lol

 

Edit : Ho lanciato invece il disco, come prima... sembra andare adesso... Vediamo una volta terminato se aggiorna 🤞
