eheheh devi seguire in multiforum per capire onestamente io sono molto contento se fanno anche tre bootloader e non critico ne clover ne opencore se fossi uno sviluppatore pero' farei come quelli di OC e non mi affiderei ad una "banda" di sprovveduti tester a caso... 🙂 🙂

fiducia verso l'unico sviluppatore che ha preso a cuore il progetto onestamente credo che le critiche di Download Fritz siano ponderate, anche se il personaggio di DF non e' che mi piaccia piu' di tanto ma ha le capacità e l'esperienza per "criticare"

a me l'idea pare buona..ma onestamente ho letto un po' meglio il tutto..e ho perso un po' di fiducia Durante la mia breve prova ho avuto pure un artefatto strano a video ma non lo collego direttamente al preboot..perche' ne faccio tante di modifiche in questo periodo

ciao @master1986detta cosi' puo' essere tutto e niente se riesci metti il tuo hardware in firma e apri un thread per la tua configurazione se non ne trovi di simili per iniziare puoi provare a vedere se mettendo la pen drive sua altra porta USB fa la stessa cosa (probabile)

If you see not found means not used because are not found in beta 9 kernel the latest two are useful and they have success( found in beta 9 kernel) this means that beta 9 kernel is different than beta 7 and 8 where those patches were useful and mandatory to boot fine

a bit OT (only I mean for my interest) 🙂 I discovered the source of the instability in my system if I use the high sierra system. come già detto e' normale cosi' a me dice 122289 (ho 12 Gb) ma se non ti fidi prova a scaricare Cinebench 15 e lanciare il test grafico posta eventualmente il risultato

@Jaidyall usb audio should work fine with internal apple usb audio driver if there is not a specific driver from audio manufacturer

@Rox67er check also if you have some device properties in your opencore config our usb audio is a bridged usb audio with 2 chip, maybe some features need of applealc and alcid bootarg (headphone? Mic?) not tested by me so much because in highsierra internal audio does not work

In VM is possible to boot with both bootloaders In baremetal no when you have to test stuff to have the chance to do some modify in bootloader menu is a very good option in my opinion so I hope a day it could be an option to boot with clover ☘️

hi to all Someone of you are trying to boot our trx40 chip with latest clover boot loader? Testing from some days here but for now it is not possible to boot fine. It uses a part of Opencore booting pipeline but It seems it is affected from the problem I have had on January with old OpenCore bootloader

clover e' un prodotto che e' stato rappezzato a piu' mani negli anni per questo potrebbe essere soggetto ad attacchi esterni da gente che sa cosa fare questa e' la critica principale che ad esempio i devs di opencore fanno a clover loro hanno preso una strada differente che e' molto stretta e poco propensa a "frivolezze" non in linea con i dettami apple ancora riguardo la sicurezza, un driver efi agisce a livello "macchina" e potrebbe aprire porte nel pc con utente ignaro del tutto OT @Emanuele-1998 quando puoi dai una sistemata alla tua firma..che e' un po' lunghetta se la vuoi tutta cosi' sarebbe meglio metterla in uno spoiler grazie

ciao Emanuele, credo che lo sputato sia riferito in genere a quando si parte con una nuova moda le opzioni di configurazioni di clover via boot menu ..al momento opencore se le sogna e quello che si puo' fare e' molto limitato da gui Magari si riuscisse ad avere tutte o quasi le opzioni modificabili che si hanno nel boot menu di clover..anche in opencore originale ma credo sia solo una utopia in quanto i devs di opencore stanno molto attenti alla sicurezza cosa che contestano spesso ai devs di clover..che e' piu' aperto ad intrusioni malevoli...
