Hello,😀 this is for those who have a Gigabyte motherboard, did you manage to get Handoff to work? It is functional but my Mac Pro 2013 or my iPhone does not detect my Ryzentosh?

@Ploddles I upgraded to Opencore 0.6.5 today and just tested the wifi. It works for me.

@meina222 Stay in the editing section until the image is displayed. Then you can switch to the calibration part to do the test.

@meina222 To wait for the images to be displayed in the viewer or the timeline in the grading studio, it is because of OpenCL, we have to wait. It can be long, I have the same problem. (As soon as you're metal, there isn't this display problem.) In fact, on Windows 10 is the same but the display time is much faster.

@fabiosun I suddenly have a doubt about the drivers for the AMD 6000 Series cards. Because the next updates of Macs will be the Mac Book Pro 16 and the iMacs. They will be with boosted M1 see M2. The Imac Pro is at the end of its life. The only reason Apple would carry the AMD Series 6000 drivers would be a new GPU module for the 2019 Mac Pros. I hope I am wrong….

@meina222 According to the listing error in the motherboard documentation: B2: Legacy Option ROM initialization. Try to flash the bios with the Q-FLASH Plus method. This is the most reliable method to flash it bios. The downside is that you have to dismantle everything, even the processor and leave only the 24 pins and the 2 CPU power supplies connected. (2 x 8 pins).

It’s a disaster, it’s clear that Apple has largely abandoned Open GL. 😯 And on Windows 10 it's dying.

Thank you for doing the tests in Resolve because it is my daily work tool. To get an idea of the difference between Windows and Big Sur. I did the test with my current Radeon Pro 9100 WX card And I laughed hard because the card is used better under Big Sur than under Windows. 😂 I'm frankly even fed up.🤣🤣 I can't wait for Apple to incorporate the drivers to buy 2 RX 6900 XT.

Hello 😀 I noticed when booting Open core the error message: Failed to locate bootstrap protocol - not Found As the boot continues .... until you reach the screen to choose the system. What is the problem ?

@fabiosun No, I don't think this is specific to Resolve as I have a kernel panic the next day with the exact same problem. I was not using Resolve at the time. the application was not open. Kernel_2020-12-25-111603_RYZENTOSH.gpuRestart.zip

Hello,😀 Since what we are the Kernel Panic, Here is mine, from what I understand it would be my graphics card that would be the cause. Still, this is a natively supported card. Do I have a way to solve this problem ? Kernel_2020-12-24-185610_RYZENTOSH.gpuRestart.zip

@fabiosun I tried your config.plist by removing the argument: cpu_topology_sort -disable _x86_validate_topology It’s the same kind of mistake. My EFI from the first post is working perfectly fine. I'm just looking to simplify the kernel patch. I have to keep the argument: cpu_topology_sort -disable _x86_validate_topology Otherwise I get the kind of error message like the previous post: In memory Panic..... I haven't changed anything in my setup, by the way my EFI can complete your TRX40 library.
