se puoi prova con davinci resolve e sempre se puoi prova a tenere sotto controllo l'utilizzo poco prima del riavvio della memoria di sistema potresti anche fare la prova utilizzando solo un modulo ddr purtroppo un riavvio senza nessun log esposto e' complesso da debuggare...magari puo' essere solo una incompatibilità finalcut tipo di file utilizzati (strano ma puo' capitare)

ciao, il processore e' un K, per caso lo overclocchi? comunque non sono certo che sia l'alimentatore in quanto e' di buona marca se e' perfettamente dfunzionante sei si sei al limite per il compito che dici 32 gb di memoria sono piu' che sufficienti e quindi non vengono saturati hai provato con altri programmi a fare una cosa simile? testa bene la scheda grafica, potrebbe essere anche un problema sulle sue memorie (quando un' operazione satura tutti gli 8Gb) cmq primo indiziato e' l'alimentatore purtroppo oggi costa un po' tutto troppo io ho preso un enermax da 750 o 850 su amazon a 150 euro era in offerta eccolo : azz costa 20 euro in meno https://www.amazon.it/gp/product/B07P5SHR4Y/ non sono pochi ma te lo puoi portare dietro se fai un'altra macchina

Internal USB realtek 2.0 audio? I have no tried my chip USB external audio, but i cant see any noise I have read some have coil whine problem..in my case with 2 6900xt reference had ..zero problem (3090 had a little coilwhine..not so much audible but it was there

@iGPU thank you in 66 nodes condition dual radeon VII rig is about 8% faster than a single 6900 xt at this drivers development stage.. so i can say it is worth to update to big Navi 2

have you tried Candle Davinci benchmark with your dual radeon rig? Could be interesting to compare with your new GPU

I am using release version and without RestricEvents kext no problem it is difficult to track this..maybe an OSX beta bug or bootloader stuff i do not know for now 🙂 Happy of your 6900xt? 🙂

today I haven't had any weird reboot @iGPUmemory plist is up and also MacPro7.1 I have removed only kext As side note I would like to say that also new Davinci Resolve 17.2 works without any library patch

I have removed only the kext..system is stable...no weird reboot for now let we see 🙂

con le ultime versioni di Carbon Copy Cloner funziona anche la beta 11.4..la EFI va rimessa a parte poiché' nel disco clonato risulta vuota

with my old EFi with iMac Pro 1.1 Smbios I can boot without WEG but I have only a monitor available (hdmi port) With WEG and same SMBIOS I have black display output before login I will test with only HDMI and my old EFI Not trust so much of new SMBIOS for my rig..never used before and I have no comparative test on stability (in previous OS my system never had a reboot or a freeze) I will try also to remove REstrictEvents kext and memory cosmetic part.. it is. beta but weird behaviour here

I have weird reboot in my system I have a very dirty installation but some problems is there No thunderbolt inserted in my case i have updated to 069 and Macpro7.1 i will try to use imacpro and see later if problems persist

@valmeidait seems no <Studio version you shouldn't have those dots in studio version

@valmeidaif you have only your 6900xt on board you can disable weg and DO not use pikera boot arg

thank you @valmeidaif you have updated to beta 3 re test again if you can try to find a studio version because i do not understand why you have lower benchmark than mine

and the Oscar goes to : best results I have had in OSX I think also better than Windows (not tested again) I am using a SSD drive (no NVME) so I think it could be better 🙂
