Jimiz non e' corretta icona bianca EFi (e' la partizione) dentro ci deve essere una cartella EFI (blu come quelle che vedi) dentro ancora due cartelle (BOOT e OC)

questa e' la struttura..messa ora su una penna usb al volo e provata viene solo il menu testuale da riavvio premi F8 o il tasto che ti fa scegliere da dove partire e seleziona la USB non mischiare clover ed OC usa questa cartella BOOT ed OC dentro una cartella EFI la descrizione che fai del mount non mi pare corretta devi avere una partizione EFi e non una EFI dentro install bigsur.. e' chiaro che dipende da come hai messo e installato la EFI..forse in ESP? ah ok quando la apri la partizione devi creare una cartella EFI e mettere li dentro le cartelle BOOT e OC

fai foto di come vedi la chiavetta ? c'e' una cartella EFI con all'interno cio' che scrivi? disabilita CSm in bios poi...

se riesci a far andare catalina dovrebbe poi essere possibile anche con big sur x79 in realtà e' molto simile come chipset a quello del mac Pro 2013 (cilindro) per cui dovrebbe andare

@Perduil chipset della tua piastra madre e' leggermente diverso per jimiz e' dura se non trova le patches

Aggiornata non credo forse trovi qualcosa nell’area internazionale sul nostro forum la cosa principale da verificare è se hai msr0x2 unlocked e agire di conseguenza ci potrebbe anche essere la necessità di usare diverse patches per il kernel

sorry @Renatoi have no more Proxmox installed on my rig it was possible to have host as CPU but i cant help by now I remeber Host as CPU and some kernel patches..no more

@Renato we talk about this some time ago MMIO is Motherboard and Bios version related and also related to hardware combination mounted on your system It is good to try to boot with Opencore Debug release also if system hangs to read proper MMIo combination for your board 4G,CSM are value which if enabled or not could cause a difference in MMIO list For trx40 is mandatory to have DevirtualizeMMIO quirk enabled Then to solve some problems we have is a good practice to reassign (skip 1) all MMIO group virtualized using Yes in DevirtualizeMMIO quirk we can have proper functionality in our system (reboot or shutdow ie)

@all To keep the thread as clean as possible, you can post your own working EFIs. I'll take care of moving them to the initial post of this thread. For those who want to contribute it is also useful to post an ioreg of their system with the specifications of the system itself thanks

cerca sul forum come configurare i quirks con il nuovo clover non sarà una passeggiata in quanto non credo il tuo sistema sia contemplato pero' puoi provare se puoi metti la scheda grafica giusta in firma che la rx 680 non esiste...

@giannon dovrebbe servire anche a te ma alcuni utenti trx40 risolvono il tuo problema disabilitando l'opzione nel bios Wake on lan tentare costa poca fatica anche se dubito funzioni sul tuo chipset

added in OP my new working EFI with Opencore 068 release debug version Remember to use also new resources if you use opencanopy graphical interface (new resources are included in my 068 EFI)
