Hello,
I simplified the kernel patch as much as possible on the advice of @fabiosun
but I find myself with the obligation to keep the argument :
cpu_topology_sort -disable _x86_validate_topology
Is it related to the AMD 3960 X processor or the motherboard ?
EFI Open Core 0.6.4 / Big Sur 11.0.1Edit Open Core 0.7.2 / Big Sur 11.5.2 (the best to date that I have ever had since I started hackintosh.)

It works with patch 21 on Catalina or Big Sur as well. 😲

ciao @Arrakis
happy you have improved your system and happy overall you did all on your own 🙂
very happy for this
About your latest problems to solve
1) airdrop
sorry no experience for this. I do not use and have any compatible peripheric for this
2) sleep/wake
your config seems good, have you set in your bios wake on lan properly as suggested from users with gigabyte Designare ex board?
On msi (my board) in Catalina no joy for sleep/wake..in Big Sur it is pretty perfect with the same hardware and config.
in the past with my x299 Designare ex board I had problem with sleep..so I can't say more about this
attached is a plist file you can try, it is useful only for Catalina and Bigsur OS's
simplify Kernel patches
you can try to change yours AMD full set of kernel patches 😉
backup first your config.plist
With the simplification of AMD patches
I get this error :

try without rebuidmap quirk..
or if you want try to adapt to your system EFI I have posted in @cleverhome thread
with that you can install from scratch both Catalina and latest Big Sur
@fabiosunOn your advice, I started from scratch with the OpenCore 0.6.4 version.
For the configuration of the EFI, I relied on the EFI I had created for Catalina (OpenCore0.6.3)
I have partition in two my Nvme on which was already installed Catalina 10.15.7 (19:15).
I installed on the second BigSur partition (11.0.1). Installation like a letter in the mail the first time,
I expected one of the installation problems well nothing.😯😀
Course result, I can start on Catalina or Big Sur with the same and unique EFI without the modifier. (Just whether or not AirportItlwm.kext is activated depending on the system).
I am very happy, I did not expect this result.
What does not work to date:
AirDrop functional but no devices detected.
Wake up: a little better for the attempt compared to Catalina.
The system wakes up immediately. Extinction of screens. One click on the mouse or keyboard and it's off again.
Under Catalina it was compulsory extinction because the system was no longer responding.
My EFI and debug file if you see anything to improve when you have the time.

@fabiosunI had already edited my Mmio White List with my own values and deactivated the last 4 values following the iGPU method.
I've turned off :
Power TimeoutKernelPanic
ThirdPartyDrDrives
XhcPortLimit
I tried disabling PanicNoKextDump but the hack restarts after a few minutes of use.
The dummypowermanagement is still activated.
I wanted to turn it off last.
I took it step by step.
I deactivated the first batch:
Power TimeoutKernelPanic
ThirdPartyDrDrives
XhcPortLimit
Then the second batch:
PanicNoKextDump
It was after this last start that the problem arose.

Hi
I would fill all MMIO list with yours proper calculated ones
here you can find a useful method to calculate them:
Then you can also try to put all to no the others quirk outlined in red, maybe for you only one is mandatory (DummyPowerManagement), it seems useful for gigabyte trx40 users to avoid some kp or hangs after login in OSX
For me not useful at all
As always I suggest to back your working config.plist if you want to try

@Arrakis
if your system is stable you can avoid to use any of those boot alcid not useful for our trx40 internal audioalso for usb audio is not useful
would leave only -v to see verbose just in case
also some kext is not useful I think
mcedisabler? Without have you a kp?
I do not think so
also smcamdprocessor kext not useful if you use latest version of AMD Power gadget utility
this to start
backup your efi first if you will try these advices😉
Applealc kext
not useful for usb or internal audio
only useful for hdmi/dp audio..
@fabiosun Hello Fabio
By following your advice,
I have kept:
boot-args: -v only (I understand why 😏)
Applealc.Kext because I use the sound in hdmi / DP audio.
I deleted :
AppleMCEReporterDisabler.kext
SMCAMDProcessor.kext
I restarted without a problem.
Sound is functional on HDMI / DP audio and through the blackmagic ultraStudio 4k mini card.
Thank you so much.
Did you see anything else?

latest two boot args useful for?
could you explain?
thank you
I can't explain it because I don't understand all of them. I've been on the hack for a month.
Considering your mastery of the thing if you briefly explain to me why it is necessary to remove.
I remove especially if it doesn't serve me well.
I am in favor of a lightweight config.plist.
You already made the remark to me for alcid = 1

Are you getting reliable audio sync at above 48K (ie 96, 192)?
@Driftwood
This only concerns the USB output which I am not using.
On the HDMI outputs of monitors and Blackmagic 4k Ultra-Mini this setting is non-existent.😙

@Arrakis Please can you share the EFI you use with your Designarex?
Hello
Here is my EFi "OpenCore Debug.0.6.3" / Catalina (no tested for Big Sur)
This is for a Gigabyte card: TRX40 Designare (BIOS 1.0.0.4)
You must create your own MMIO Whitelist and generate an SMBIOS. (IMacPro1.1)
GPU in slot 1.
The Titan Ridge card must be in slot 4.

Sorry I do not understand well here
I meant that the principle of removing inactive orders from our platform can only be beneficial for EFI.
PS: I use a translator so sometimes this is a literal translation, in the future I will be careful not to use colorful language.😙

in this period I used Clover Bootloader a lot,
my aim was to understand which and how many Kernel patches were necessary and sufficient to start with Big Sur (and Catalina) correctly
attached here 🙂
they are far fewer than we have always used for the two operating systems in question
Let me know if they are working well also for you
PS
They are in Opencore format
I tried, normal boot. I'm on Catalina 10.15.7 (7.15 p.m.).
I have the principle that it degreases the EFI
Do you need the debug file?

- This is just to confirm what you had set up on the Thunderbolt 3 with the Titan Ridge card in slot 4.
- Flash of it with the Firmware TitanRidgeNVM23-E64Fr.
- With the programmer (TECNOIOT CH341A 24 25 Series EEPROM).
- I have no experience in this area. It went like a letter in the mail.
- I confirm that on Windows 10, the card is no longer recognized. (You must absolutely save the original Blue and Green Firmware to go back, attached in the .zip)
- SSDT-TBOLT3-NVM23 & SSDT-DTGP found in various EFIs of Meina222.
- PLUG & PLAY works perfectly with my Thunderbolt equipment.
- I just have a shutdown control problem with the Promise Pegasus 2 R6 when the Hack is turned off. In the meantime, I turn it off with the Promise utility.- I put the firmware and SSDTs in the .zip.

Indeed this trick really boosts performance (see screenshots)
but
there is one major drawback:
In my case, I use the ultraStudio 4k mini for audio listening.
False:
The FCP X and Premiere apps no longer access 4k UltraStudio for audio (so audio is muted but not the image.)
Davinci Resolve has access to ultraStudio 4k mini (synchronized sound and image).
Also if I choose to listen to the hdmi output of my monitors. The sound is choppy and out of sync in FCP X and Première but not in Resolve.
True:
All applications have access to ultraStudio mini 4k even the Finder, Safari etc….
Is there a solution to work around this problem?
Because the performances are really very interesting.

I want to do the test but I can't find this version precisely.😀

Thank you Fabiosun at least I now know where to act.😲
For PS 1, I don't know, I just took Dortania's advice. I'm removing it because I don't use the sound at startup.
For the PS 2, thanks for the compliment, this is really my first Ryzentosh and PC for that matter.

I haven't changed anything.
