comunque molto strana questa installazione sono partito da una versione j full installato sopra a Big Sur visto l'upgrade con j160 e macpro ripartito dopo la prima fase con 17.1 ha fatto solo una fase per aggiornare e poi subito era disponibile la versione h (installata) boh...

si il file che crei anche prima di fare la usb e' già danneggiato ho provato per fare una installazione full partendo da beta 6 niente da fare

@antunedduProvato con Default niente da fare Con Default non mi trova nemmeno la beta nuova quindi non posso fare la procedura di scaricare e poi installare in quella condizione Adesso passo a Windows11 🙂

Per scaricare ho dovuto mettere j160 poi messo su Disabled perché non andava lasciandolo così tu dici default anche per scaricare e poi lasciare così?

a me oggi ha dato schermo verde l'aggiornamento domani provo a metterlo con il disco di windows al primo posto del boot ma onestamente con questa mia piastra madre e' più' facile installare OSX che Windows

Per la scienza...rovino la mia bella installazione pulita di 11.6 Provo se va opencore 074 senza fare magie con gli SMBIOS credo stia scaricando la beta 6 da 11.66 Gb

@Rox67erI would like to share my experience, maybe not related but I will expose it My system has a perfect Sleep/wake cycle from HighSierra, exclude a release of Catalina I have not working here now I use Big Sur and Monterey and the "cycle" is always perfect I have bought a wireless kit (mouse and keyboard) connected Sleep immediate wake so USB receiver gives me this behaviour I have changed USB port for receiver and now sleep/wake is working well as usual So problems could happen for different reasons only on the same and identical system In my opinion mapping is not useful for the reason exposed from @igpu above, but maybe could be useful to rule and declare USB's type and kind (never did this but maybe it could be helpful if osx reads bad kind and type)

io di solito invece di prendere Opencore compilato in giro per la rete lo compilo da me scarichi il master di opencore lanci un comando un paio di minuti ti ritrovi l'ultimo commit

cmq sarà che sto giocando con i kext principali utilizzando fakesmc al posto di virtualsmc ma ..sono già due volte che prima del login perdo la scheda grafica da questa schermata passa su schermo nero con segnale ma senza immagini dovrei essere io il problema...ma in generale da beta 2 mai un kp o problemi diversi

no di solito lo faccio solo per le finali una installazione da zero e da penna USB Pero' ho letto in giro che c'e' questo problema

Se l’hai messa a punto dì recente potrebbe essere a posto cosi nel caso puoi aggiornare tutti i kext che usi gli errori che avevi erano voci nel plist non supportate per quello chiedevo come e perché erano state messe! -
@iGPUsimilar behaviour happened to me the only thing if it fails is better to download again So, MacPro 7.1 and j160 to download (if you do not seeit you can try to clear Nvram) before restart after download change to iMac17.1 and put to Disabled SecureBootModel Other big variable for me was TPM enable/disabled in BIOS It worked with it enabled from MacPro7.1 Smbios download step Tested also other bootloader (clover with no success) but above should be the "gold" method As side note, when I have updated from beta5 to beta 6 I have only had one time mackintosh hd icon this time I have it for two times before it vanished and I have had only good Monterey icon for two last steps to do I have finished the update using 17,1 Smbios and with only one monitor detected with it (hdmi connected)

@Driftwood i didnt understand well how i did it the weird thing is i have had to boot two times from mackintosh hd then mackinyTosh install disk vanished used 17.1 smbios to finish installation but also cleared NVRAM and enabled SIP later i will test with davinci cpu jpb
