Non so come ho fatto ma ci sono riuscito ad aggornare ed ora si spegne anche regolarmente.

Ho preso un vecchio EFI di ottobre scorso (quando funzionava tutto regolarmente) ed ho aggiornato il tutto tramite OC e per fortuna tutto è andato a posto.
