ho controllato le tracce zero su entrambi i dischi e sono uguali..quindi ho capito che il problema stava nel bios..o meglio..bisogna cancellare la lista di drive uefi memorizzata. In questo modo lo obbligo a leggere di nuovo il disco collegato ed ora finalmente parte!!!

Ha scritto dopo 1 minuto 21 secondi:

rimane il problema del bluetooth..non si può spegnere...

Hai provato con combinazione di tasti FN + FXX oppure altre ??

sì...ho provato..il wifi ha un interruttore proprio..ma il bluetooth no..la scheda non è originale..è una combo, wifi e bt
