Allora ho risolto così: ho fatto un backup tramite time machine del sistema operativo in HFS, ho riavviato tramite usb ed ho inizializzato sia la partizione vuota sia quella con Mojave, poi ho eliminato tutte e due le partizioni e ricreato una nuova in HFS, in fine ho ripristinato il backup di Time machine.

 

Fine mi ritrovo la partizione intera in HFS.
