I found this forum, as Fabio (one of the members here) posted a pretty interesting thread around getting MacOS working under Proxmox with OpenCore.

 

I don't know any Italian, unfortunately - I studied it in primary school, and it's mostly forgotten =(. Maybe one day I will learn it again!
