I'm overdue a cpu upgrade, might look at a 9950x as the cpu is quite old i have now

so if i only have the 6600 in slot one the pc sees it no problem but as soon as i have the 4090 in any slot the 6600 is no longer seen i do have all the m.2 slots populated as well

so moved to slot 3 on pci-e and still not seen by Mac but works fine in windows and I can mirror or set it as main display and it works fine

So as a quick test i removed 4090 and put 6600 in its place it displays bios and the bootloader, then it goes to no signal i have tried it in all slots and its the same

So it’s now on desktop on Mac but using 4090 so you I have tried pastime but not sure what I need to do haha

So it’s now showing but only on 4090 the 6600 remains no signal I’ve gone though account creation and now stuck on a gray screen

So using the above file the bar gets around 1/3 of the way and then the computer restarts

It’s seems to vary where it stops I’m reinstalling just in case something went wrong and then if not I will try the above file and report back thank you edit: now gets stuck here constantly

So it seems to be stuck at AppleKeyStore:pid94,:13108 operation failed (sel: 7 ret: e00002f0, -1) it installed find this was after it rebooted rebooted again and now stuck at

So using the 10g now and it’s working installing now

If you don't mind, that would be greatly appreciated

Its working!!!! Can boot all the way into recovery but then complains there is no internet connection but i can at least get there now thank you so much

Hey, sorry about late reply i had a slight water leak from moving the cards around i still get the same issue with a black screen - i found an update to bios so i've applied that but still no change Unfortunately

Okay, so removed 4090 and put RX 6600 in slot one. It displays the bootloader and then a black screen, as i have an LG tv it shows its receiving a 1080p signal but i dont see verbose or anything

It is water-cooled but i have just removed it from slot and disconnected power to it (4090) so only RX6600 is in the system i see the bootloader and then when i select Mac it shows a black screen i dont get and verbose or anything I have also reset bios and changed setting as stated above and still same issue

Yes the boot menu is on the 4090. The 6600 does not display anything, but when I click mac it will briefly flash like it's getting a signal then just stay black i cant seem to find a full installer that will give me a dmg image they all download as pkg files
