Good morning, as the title suggests, you can activate the usb type c part of the RX 6900 XT gpu on macos, or with the use of kext which you can find here https://github.com/koush/Kexts or through ssdt doing a spoof obviously you have to change the acpi path of your gpu in the ssdt.
