in the past i have asked where could it be useful..no answer So i prefer to have disabled or deleted in my config.plist it is the same also for "Visual patches" (no real answer to my question where do they could be useful...so deleted also them 🙂

Sorry maybe i do not understand well i do not use patches 7 in OC also i do not use it in clover No one has explained well where and in which contition OSX needs of it I mean this patches: algrey | _cpuid_set_generic_info | Replace rdmsr(0x8B) with constant 186 | 10.13+ I do not use legacy system in OSX so i can't say more

@Jaidytake look to this latest revision for both (Opencore and Clover) As mainteiner of the Clover ones, we deleted a patch which is possible also to delete in OpenCore: algrey | _cpuid_set_generic_info | Replace rdmsr(0x8B) with constant 186 | 10.13+ other patches are the same Clover needs to use two patches in another config.plist's section AMD_Vanilla-master 2.zip AMD_Vanilla-clover 2.zip

Credo che tu possa provare partendo dal config che ti e' stato postato Letteralmente significa «Più buio di mezzanotte non può fare» e può essere definito un detto antipanico perché induce alla speranza che le cose, anche quando si pensa che possano soltanto peggiorare, avranno un risvolto positivo.

@mbarbieratole tue patches sono configurate correttamente per la sua CPU ho dei dubbi sui kext pero' li li puo' disattivare senza difficoltà

la EFI fatta per il tuo fisso che ti porta al menu di installazione ha dichiarate le patches del kernel per una CPU di 6 cores + 6 threads Il portatile che metti nel primo post ha una cpu con 8 cores e 8 threads le prime 4 patches vanno modificate Dove vedi BX06 Diventerà BX08 con X che rimane come già hai impostato li

Se il wifi e' intel puoi provare ad aggiungere questo kext: https://github.com/OpenIntelWireless/itlwm/releases/download/v2.2.0/itlwm_v2.2.0_stable.kext.zip e ovviamente lo devi dichiarare nel config.plist

copia precisamente la parte prev-lang:kbd string IT:4 poi dovresti fare un reset Nvram al bootmenu e speriamo che ti riparte 🙂
