il tuo scopo principale e' avere anche hackintosh facile o puoi farne a meno o doverci perdere piu' tempo per farlo andare? ti chiedo perche' se sei arrivato ad 800 di budget senza video... potresti optare per una asrock steel legend x570 e metterci un processore in base alle tue tasche espandibile nel tempo la configurzione che hai messo ha un punto debole nella piastra madre (z390) e nei soli 8 gb di memoria

A parte gli arricchimenti acchiappa polli da sistema operativo in giu forse non prenderei una z390 pero', per fare una valutazione onesta se non si e' in grado di montarsi da solo un pc da zero.. prendi gli stessi pezzi che ti propongono e cercali sua amazon i prezzi maggiorati di amazon vanno a coprire le spese di manodopera per chi ti offre il servizio 😉

su ebay ora dalla Cina spesso le trovi anche in Europa

si altrimenti ti bannavo 🙂 comunque quella cpu, 22 core + 22 thread oggi la trovi a 400/500 euro mettici duecento di piastra madre, un pizzico di ram..e via dicendo con un 1000 euro ti fai un pc senza nessun collo di bottiglia 🙂 😛

ho avuto quella CPU ora li trovi a molto meno se cerchi cerca 2696V4 e' la stessa OEM della 2699v4 che hai linkato 😛

la seconda scheda ti serve per partire e poi fare il flash con il bios originale la prima ora mattoncino 🙂

see above message latest EFI has a newer opencore than 064...

my EFI has opencore 065 beta and latest driver and kext if I have not done any error it could work also well in Big Sur as is

@eye2eyespy I am pretty sure that EFI works well on three similar system..so problem should be local I have no BT or WIFI hardware..cant test it by myself also bios Update could be an option if you are not scared to do it Shutdown problem is not the best to have 🙂 before to discover MMIO way we have all shutdown a reboot problem..your MMIo are a bit different from mine I can't say for sure they are different cause different bios or different devices in our systems

Agesa security fix and different memory location adjustment no other idea for shutdown problem.. could you detach usb audio card or it is only and USB Headphone?

sorry it is a pretty similar config which I use If you can try all things as we said and if it works ok you can stay with that old bios if not you should update to latest one which introduces a new agesa..and probably you have to modify then your MMIO values

se vuoi prova a lasciare tutto come sta e cambiare solo 4g off lascia per il momento il quirk increase size bar

@marco.pisellonio80 se vuoi nella condizione che ti si blocca sul pci begin avendo 4g enabled e togliendo npci=0x2000 o 3000 prova ad attivare il quirk del kernel IncreasePciBarSize e vedi se ti passa quella parte

I see by now you have an USB audio device (external?) TX-Hifi Type C audio also this device could be affected from problems I have written above..so disconnect in a cold boot it oer only jack where you have inserted your speaker

I miss only your CPU cooler if it has some weird USB connection 1) audio what do cpu mean? in ideal condition you must see a condition like this one: LG Ultra HD is my 4k monitor with display port audio working It needs APPLEALC.kext Realtek USB2.0 audio is our internal audio It doesn't need of above kext or alcid parameter to work well (it uses apple USB audio stuff) your speaker should create some problems if connected to rear green port in a cold boot , if you start your system with green jack disconnected and then the system is started you connect it..you should have proper audio To solve this I have connected my speaker to my core X9 case speaker jack, no problem in cold boot with this I have no tested with latest Big Sur but till Catalina problem is there for internal audio and green speaker jack detection about MMIo, any changement in the system could contribuite to change MMIO values, overall first one we free for OSX from virtualised area (skip 1) if this happen shutdown, restart, sleep wake could fail Sleep /wake in Catalina is problematic...same efi and kext produce no sleep in Catalina but it works in BigSur I will try to adapt my same EFi with your MMIO, updating opencore, drivers and kext
