Sonoma 14.1 RC preview app bug

A bug I Have in macOS Sonoma 14.1 RC1

 

Open a picture with preview app then from view menu set Show markup toolbar:

 

Then click

 

then on convert in pdf button

 

 

If you like post your result

14.1's Beta 1  and B2 work well and also 14.0

How do I check if I have the same problem? From the Preview application, or with space?
