1-I plugged in the cable, turn off, start.
- Result: same

I have never disabled Lan ports in the bios even when they weren't supported since Big Sur 11.4.

2 - I tried the experiment (with the ethernet cable still connected):
- Disable Lan ports in bios, startup, shutdown.
    Result: same (logic)
- Activation of Lan ports in the bios, startup.
    Result: same

Can you try with this version ?

Thaks

I upgraded to Ventura with this new kext from from Big sur. The upgrade worked after changing the the ventura patches plist. But now my AORUS pro X570 WIFI 1.0 keeps restarting after initial boot. Any settings I should change? I already disabled several kext to just boot normal but no luck. Any tips? thanks in advance

try to disable the kext to see if it is its problem (I do not think so because it is working also in Ventura beta 2)

I already upgraded to the latest drivers and kexts before the upgrade  0.8.6 is the version i'm using.

I can only boot to my second hdd in windows through opencore.

I will boot to recovery and restore to big sur from timeline.

So i can further investigate tommorow.

Strangely enough Recovery (13) won't boot also. Now I have to make a new USB disk to try to go from there.

And as you already assumed disabeling the driver did'nt work either.

@henkiewie

Opencore updated

Patches updated with a "new"leaf7 patch to add to the list

All max kernel updated for Ventura (in kernel patches section)

then it is mandatory for Monterey and Ventura to have this kext AppleMCEReporterDisabler.kext enabled

If you post your config (put it in your profile / signature) we can try to solve

This version works fine on ASUS formula viii crosshair with x570 i211-AT, I tried before donatengit/AppleIGB version but connection down after a few moments.

One day with no problems using this one.

Is the repository for this kext this mbarbierato/AppleIGB ?  Thank you so much @mbarbierato.

O

Thx for the offer. It took me some time to get back to Big Sur 11.7.1 and restore my timemachinebackup. I'm not ready to do another try on Ventura yet. The PC is my daily driver :-).

AppleIGB is working. Will put my my config.plist in my profile hope I don't need extra help though ;-)
