Ci sono varie guide, cerca in forum

istalla osx usando come bootloader, OpenCore 075

poi prepare la usb di Windows, selezionando GPT e Uefi (io la preparo sempre con refus) logicamente il disco di windows deve essere in GPT

altrimenti OC lo vedrà ma non lo avvierà, una volta istallato

basta un settaggio, Scanpolicy 0 sul config di OpenCore e il disco verra visto e avviato tranquillamente
