Arrakis
@gosi Yes, it works great. If you don't have wifi at the first connection. Disable the Wifi port in network preferences and apply. Then reactivate the port and choose your network again.

Arrakis
@gosi With OpenCore 0.7.4 will suffice. OpenCore 0.7.5 is still in development There are three kexts which requires the version for Monterey AirportItlwm-Mont.kext, BlueToolFixup.kext, IntelBluetoothFirmware.kext and remove the IntelBluetoothInjector.kext otherwise it will conflict with the BlueToolFixup.kext

Arrakis
@gosiMaybe you won't need to do that, you will install directly in Monterey 12.0.1. You must try.

Strangely, I cannot get into macOS if I set the SecureBootModel to anything but disabled now. Very odd. So no way to upgrade to RC2. Supervisor fabiosun Posted October 22, 2021 Author Supervisor Share Posted October 22, 2021 @23d1 i use latest opencore 075 sip enabled/disabled securebootmodel Default reset then NVRAM if it is not working yet and you are in developer seed catalog exit and reenter from this catalog (enroll) monterey is not in public catalog for now if it is not working again try to use RestricEvents.kext

Arrakis
@valmeida it is missing in your config.plist compared to the example of opencore 0.7.4 what is in blue in the capture
valmeida
@Arrakis I made the recommended changes thank you. I have a couple of questions 1. what sample config do you use to compare is the generic one that gets downloaded or one specific for AMD TRX40? 2. i still get some errors when open core loads before I get the screen which drive to boot from BIG SURE MONTERAY etc 3. When running OC validation I still get an error missing context in serialization. config.plist.zip``
Arrakis
@valmeida I don't know what happened, I tried again with a newer version of OCConfigCompare and I find the same result as you. I am using the sample.plist delivered with the OpenCore 0.7.4 version. There is no example specific to the TRx40.
