seth Posted May 7, 2020 Share Posted May 7, 2020 (edited) ciao ragazzi, ho la macchina in firma che ora finalmente funziona molto bene con Clover, grazie all'aiuto di @iCanaro ed alle guide/files di @Gengik84. Ho il difetto/pregio di non riuscire a stare mai fermo ed ho deciso di smanettare e provare OpenCore, che sono riuscito a configurare grazie anche al fatto che potessi già facilmente migrare i kext ed i driver usati da Clover. Tutto su penna USB, per il momento. Ovviamente OpenCore è un mondo a me più nuovo di Clover e lo conosco davvero poco. Sono qui per fare un paio di domande, sperando nel vostro aiuto. 1. OpenCore, tra i tanti pregi, ha quello di essere più veloce nel boot. Velocità che non ho riscontrato assolutamente (cronometrato). Problema di ottimizzazione? 2. Nella selezione boot ho delle voci (tipo ClearNVRAM) che non capisco come mai mi appaiono. 3. Al contrario del punto 2, non viene assolutamente letto l'SSD in ext4 dove ho installato openSUSE. Non viene proprio elencata nelle selezioni del boot, nonostante abbia messo il driver per ext4. 4. Con Clover avvio 2 ACPI: hack per SkyLake del Gengik e quella per la mappatura delle USB personalizzata. Con OC non riesco a far partire nessuna delle 2, nonostante li inserisca nella cartella ACPI e li aggiunga nel config. 5. Piccolezza, ma è per capire: con Clover il processore (i7 6700k) mi viene letto come 4.01 GHz, con OpenCore mi viene letto soltanto "4 GHz". E' normale? Grazie! OpenCore pare non riesca a leggere nessuna delle 2. Suppongo sia perché devo bloccare la tabella OEM così come ho fatto su Clover, ma non so come inserire i valori nella sezione ACPI/Block di OpenCore. seth Posted June 4, 2020 Author Share Posted June 4, 2020 (edited) @iCanaro credo di avercela fatta: le USB funzionano e sono mappate. mi è bastato il piccolo input, grazie! 🙂 non sono sicuro se ha preso l'SSDT hack e se la NVRAM funziona nativa come dovrebbe. come posso verificare entrambe le cose? ho abilitato la GUI, anche se ancora è un po' incasinata: ci sono due entries che puntano ad "OpenShell" e "Reset NVRAM" più quella "Recovery" e non mi ritrovo la entry che porta ad openSUSE.
