Software consigliato da jolly e con giusta ragione, che permette anche con la versione base gratuita di individuare nel proprio sistema adware e porcherie varie. Quindi NON installate antivirus e amenità varie, al limite, mia opinione, reimpostare SIP a 0x0

Non usate il 4. Ultima release del 3 va benissimo. Purtroppo pare non si possano più fare certe operazioni automatiche ma come diagnostica va benissimo.
