Hi @fabiosun @Ploddles, I tried installing Tahoe 26.3.2 again with the latest EFI you shared, but it failed. I can briefly summarize my attempts as follows. I updated the motherboard's BIOS version to 3513. I reset the BIOS to default and only updated the memory as you previously shared, then changed the CONTEXT and saved it. I removed the Aquantic card from my device. I booted from the EFI, but I noticed a freeze during boot, as shown in the image I shared. Alsa I have shared my EFI for you. Could you help me with the Tahoe installation? Thanks for help. EFI.zip

Hi @Ploddles, Thank you for the good news. I'll try it when I have time. Also, the new BIOS version 3402 is out. Have you updated to this version?

@Ploddles, This didn't work either. I'm starting to suspect this new BIOS. The system was more stable before the BIOS update. Is there another BIOS you can recommend? If the problem is with the USB configuration, how can I create my own kext for Tahoe?

Hi @Ploddles, I followed the same steps you shared, and my system restarted again. I booted Sonoma and Sequia with the same EFI, and the installation screen appeared without any issues.

@Ploddles, I am using version 3304 on my system. Could you share your BIOS settings with me? I may have made a mistake in some BIOS settings. 🙂

@fabiosun, This is really unfortunate. I don't understand why I experienced these issues on the Tahoe with a similar configuration system. Yes, I have a 10G Aquantia Ethernet card in the PCIx slot.

@fabiosun, I tried the new config.plist file and my system restarted when i tried tahoe install.

@fabiosun, I tried installing Tahoe with the EFI you sent last, and my device restarted. I encountered the restart issue every time I tried again. The Sonoma and Sequoia installations with the same EFI are opening without any problems. Is there another solution you can suggest? Thanks for help.

Hi @fabiosun, I am currently using MacOS Sonoma 14.8.1 on my system. It works boths Sonoma and Sequoia perfectly with the following EFI. https://limewire.com/d/AJyQI#jSIac25dUH However, when I try to install Tahoe 26.1 from the EFI you shared onto my rig, my system reboots every time. ok, did you change any bios settings on 2506 bios? When I use this bios macos not booting I saw only freeze apple logo. And did you check to my shared EFI ? Thanks,.

Hi @fabiosun, I couldn't find these ACPI patches. Can you please share these ACPI patches with us? I updated my bios to 2506 and my mac is not booting and waiting for the apple logo. Thanks for help.
