No, Ubuntu non chiede di BS e viceversa ,si ignorano. Ho creato io la entry per Ubuntu e Windows trovando la path tramite Shell e dichiarata in Misc/Entries
a differenza tua ho ubuntu ma credo anche zorin usi grubx64.efi ,per l icona ho risolto copiando nella cartella EFI/Ubuntu e rinominando l icona in grubx64.efi.icns , quando avvio pero' BS non mi chiede di Ubuntu forse perche' ho settato Misc/Security/Scan Policy 2687747 🤔
