Lorys89, a single press of the power button does NOT make the menu for power, sleep, restart appear.
Forgive me I had understood the opposite, remove ssdt slpb.

Fabioson really kicked things off with getting the installer to boot. My thread at AMD-OSX was not getting much traction, and I had come across this webpage while searching for TRx40 builds. Granted my thread at AMD-OSX laid dormant for a month since the hardware was built. I had to refresh myself on the Open Core setup and started with my Intel 2600k LGA1155 and 5900x AM4. As we are on the day of the 40th anniversary of MacOS, yes, this is a great thing. When I picked these parts out back in December, it was my instinct that it would be possible…I traded an entire 14900k build in at my local store just for the CPU!
I have had Cinebench running the stability test…the display did go to sleep in the middle of it but the keyboard woke it back up. Uptime of 18 minutes so far.
Also, not sure if I reported this but a single press of the case power button still does activate the power/reboot/sleep menu. Going to try apple menu>sleep now
So if a single press of the pwr button makes you appear sleep, reboot, shut down, then ssdt slpb works and you can leave it on.
Ssdt s3 You can remove it, it didn't help.

Okay break time is over, the women of the house wanted to understand what it is I have been doing at all these odd hours. They understand and are happy for the successfulness.
seems like while I was away, something crashed…perhaps because I inly have the single ssdt S3 enabled….standby
if your system becomes unstable, disable ssdt s3 and ssdt slpb, I prefer fewer fixes but a system as stable as possible.

not removing the SSDT-SLPB-SBRG.aml, and send ioreg log

I can’t say the SSDT we added changed any of the MacOS functionality.
On a separate topic:
this is the wifi card I have, the killer 1675
try this
and test s3 sleep

and add this
What happens to your rig if you press the case's power button for one click?
does this happen?

It could happen that the first time you press a key on the keyboard you wake up pc but not the monitor but the second press also wakes up the monitor, let me know.

this is the unit I am using, but I believe the air flow is limited in my case as well.
Can you try sleep/standby and then wake?
Experience the wake with a single press of a keyboard button and a press of the power button on the case.

Here, if I put my restrictevent on you, update from system preferences 🙈

for non-compatible wifi, if you are not interested in airdrop and therefore would avoid oclp patches, I recommend an intel ax210

ALL IS OKAY, the BIOS did NOT reset!
I moved the updated TB4 SSDTs to my SATA disks EFI...reboots much faster than the random 2.0 flash drive. System appears stable, I will try and source a TB device for further testing. Besides "Geekbench" are there other stress testing tools to use? In the past when I was not so familiar with the CLI, I would use Black Magic's Read/Write test, https://benchmark.unigine.com/heaven, Cinebench https://www.maxon.net/en/tech-info-cinebench, and Prime 95 https://www.mersenne.org/download/
VERY GOOD ❤️ 🙂 IT IS A BIG HACK TRX50

https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/search?q=thunderbolt 4 dock
sure are a lot of options, expensive yet nothing too exciting, but I did spot one with a NVmE slot...this display LG does have USB-C input and a USB-A 3.1 ports along with a KVM switch...the motherboard features a "DP In" port that I suppose is for passing through the GPU output to the TB connection...I have never used it.
i use a dock kensingon, is top.

dock tb3/tb4

now this ssdt it could reset the bios as happens on the Asus x670e, if you want, try it and send ioreg and try a couple of reboots, otherwise feel free to discard it.
but if you test, send ioreg

Now it remains to fix usb4 Thunderbolt 4
