Before using AptioMemoryFix please ensure that you have:

Most up-to-date UEFI BIOS firmware (check your motherboard vendor website).

Fast Boot and Hardware Fast Boot disabled in BIOS if present.

Above 4G Decoding or similar enabled in BIOS if present.

WARNING: On some motherboards (notably ASUS WS-X299-PRO) this option causes adverse effects, and must be disabled. While no other motherboards with the same issue are known, consider this option to be first to check if you have erratic boot failures.

VT-d disabled in BIOS if present (you could also drop ACPI DMAR table with a bootloader).

No slide boot argument present in NVRAM or anywhere else (it is not necessary unless you cannot boot at all or see No slide values are usable! Use custom slide! message from AptioMemoryFix).

CFG Lock (MSR 0xE2 write protection) disabled in BIOS if present (consider patching it otherwise if you have enough skills). See VerifyMsrE2 section for more details.

CSM disabled in BIOS if present (you may need to flash GOP ROM on NVIDIA 6xx/AMD 2xx or older, using GopUpdate or AMD UEFI GOP MAKER could simplify things).

While it may not be required, sometimes you have to disable Thunderbolt support, Intel SGX, and Intel Platform Trust in BIOS if present. When debugging sleep issues you may want to (temporarily) disable Power Nap and automatic power off, which appear to sometimes cause wake to black screen or bootloop issues on older platforms. The particular issues may vary, but in general you should check ACPI tables first. Here is an example of a bug found in some Z68 motherboards. To turn Power Nap and the others off run the following commands in Terminal:

sudo pmset autopoweroff 0


sudo pmset powernap 0


sudo pmset standby 0

Note, if you see a lot of Start/End lines in verbose mode you must ensure you do not have bootercfg variable stored in NVRAM. See this post for details. If it still does not help you could use the following command in Terminal (either with System Integrity Protection disabled or from Recovery HD):

Uè ma che domande fai :D quando sei in windows, risorse del PC fai destro mouse sulla partizione in questione e scegli rinomina... e questa era facile dai ammettilo :D scherzo eh. Se invece vuoi levarti dalla vista la partizione di ripristino di windows, visto che non è possibile lavorarla da windows, io ho fatto così:

 

pendrive con GParted e da lì è possibile affibbiare un nome anche alle recovery windows che ho chiamato (destro mouse e scegliere LABEL) OEM, che poi ho aggiunto nel config.plist e... magia... scomparse dall GUI di clover ;)

In quella lista devi aggiungere il nome (LABEL) dei dischi/partizioni che vuoi nascondere, quindi se questi non hanno label, la dovrai mettere e poi inserire nel config

Per la scheda di rete è normale che non ti vada, non vedo nessun kext inserito quindi... per l'audio ora devi provare gli altri layout ID del tuo codec

Penso che chiunque abbia fatto un hack prima o poi ha avuto bisogno di questo software, infatti tramite Pacifist è possibile estrarre il contenuto dei .pkg e altri formati.

Non sono un developer :D ma a naso leggendo le novità che introducono stanno facendo modifiche abbastanza radicali, quindi i problemi che hai sono più che plausibili. Secondo me non ti conviene stare a impazzire per far andare a posto il wi-fi con queste versioni di clover, torni a versioni precedenti e aspetti nuove release ;)

A me la 4468 va benissimo sia nell'hack 1 che nel 2, sei nella situazione di rehabman, anche a lui la 4468 da problemi al suo nuc e si è fatto la patch :D

Esatto, vi sono diverse voci/impostazioni da testare, con il tuo BIOS non mi pare sia attuabile, con il mio dell'hack 2 è una figata, è possibile eseguire un test per verificare il sistema sino a quanto è fattibile tirarlo :D

A parte che non mi addentrerei in hack+overclock, poi se hai il dissipatore stock lascia perdere.

 

Se invece hai un dissy serio la serie Z170 ha già un BIOS avanzato in cui puoi testare configurazioni di overclock del sistema, ne provi alcune sino a trovare il giusto rapporto tra prestazioni e generazione calore. Poi crei l'SSDT per il PM come indicato da gengik

Fatti una copia del boot di windows... ;) ti potrebbe anche capitare come mi è capitato a me durante il secondo tentativo di aggiornare win10 alla 1803 di non riuscire a farlo ma sputtanandomi il boot di win7 e 10; meno male che avevo una copia della suddetta cartella microsoft per cui ho rimediato velocemente.

Elimina gli altri e quello in uso che funge lo rendi predefinito chiamandolo config.plist poi magari lo duplichi e lo lasci lì di scorta. Con gli hack ci stà sempre qualcosa da mettere a mano prima o poi quindi averne uno per test e uno operativo non guasta... io ne ho sempre molti lì pronti con vari setup per test ;)

Oggi ho avuto la necessità di collegare il mio tablet android all'hack e ho scoperto che il tethering non funziona nativamente... dopo una ricerca ho trovato un driver (HoRNDIS) che permette questa funzione.

 

Testato e funzionante sul mio hack 1 in firma su high sierra 10.13.4 l'unica differenza è che ho estratto il kext con pacifist e l'ho messo in EFI
