@Coral for me all versions..but the try is for a (i hope) corrupted bios for any reason i use 1415 but also previous are good in my case i have to use bios version that supports high density dimm (i have 48Gb x 2) i would do in this way: flash 1415 using flashback button when done reset cmos (with back button a couple of times) load optimised settings (then csm off 4g on fast boot off) download again your OSX installer and then try macOS Installer icon could stay there for about 2/3 times (after initial reboot) if more it is not working EDIT i would use my EFI with only cores count patches modified for your cores number and without my SSDT for the GPU

Have you tried to flashback latest bios again? when weird things happen maybe there is a bios corruption somewhere

I would try to start with load optimized settings from bios and see

I think it works in WS X299 Sage but I can't try by myself Bifurcation is for motherboard which does heavy shares of PCIE and CPU lanes (I am not so expert in this field), but x299 Sage has independent PCIex and it could work here are a bit off topic, but if you can buy from amazon and you think is useful for your system it is possible to try 🙂

@Extreme™Sorry I have explained in a bad way I think problem is not PCIE card, but the lanes of my motherboard (a combination of CPU kind and overall motherboard features) Your Sage motherboard should have enough lanes to have all 4 Nvme working because it is a more "pro" motherboard and it has a lot of independent PCIe 16x this is from my motherboard manual: you should check in yours if it has this section

With your SAGE you should be safe to use it (check lanes on your manual) Instead my Hero is a more consumer motherboard and has some problem with bifurcation with PCIE slot In my particular case I have filled all four NVME PCIE card slots..but only two are working. I have sent back all to amazon because I would like to have four NVME on that PCIE card (plus other 4 I have on m2 motherboard slots)

@m.boncifacciamo un tentativo se vuoi scarica da area download HackCheck esegui la app e vai nella sezione disk e scegli il tuo disco M2 scegli il disco e poi clicchi su mount metti la password e cosi' ti compare la EFI del disco M2 metti dentro la cartella EFI le cartelle BOOT ed OC che hai su pennetta o su disco che usi per partire poi riavvia e vedi se ti trova un disco in piu' al bios per partire

Archive.zip overwrite your with this config.plist and copy the kext in kext folder this follows @Lorys89 advice i did also minor adjustment in Nvram section and platform info Backup yours things before overwriting them

qui già si era detto che ce ne erano diverse anche in altri dischi...

non ti arrendere che non e' cosi' complesso risolvere Noi da esterni abbiamo un po' di timore visto che hai diversi dischi su con almeno 4 partizioni EFi 🙂

ce ne sono diverse da capire quale stai usando No name e' la EFI di windows quella sopra di un OSX ma ne hai diverse se puoi smonta tutti dischi eccetto quello in uso (da OSX li smonti non fisicamente) e poi di quello che ti rimane monti la EFI

@m.boncisarebbe da capire meglio diskutil list da terminale poi se non esce niente che capiamo non ne parliamo piu' 🙂

dentro boot ed OC? comunque prova da terminale il comando : diskutil list e vediamo

quindi partizione EFI grigia o del colore che la hai all'interno una cartella EFI con all'interno due cartelle BOOT ed OC? da terminale: diskutil list e posta il risultato

azz @m.bonciquesta e' una EFI fatta bene per te? scherzi a parte da questa foto fai vedere dentro la cartella EFi cosa c'e' o non capisco il collage 🙂 🙂

questo non andrà su osx/AMD a meno che di usare vecchie versioni o cose alternative (molto instabili) fai vedere con foto?

non ancora chiara ad alcuni va con kext modificato o con boot arg a me ad esempio non va in nessun modo appena esce la beta..il giorno dopo va senza fare modifiche al mio config abituale e questo succede dalla seconda beta di Sonoma

ecco ora e' chiaro, sono stati formattati male o molto piu' probabilmente la EFi che dovrebbe esserci in una partizione di questi dischi e' vuota tu non hai mai copiato al loro interno la EFI che usi con la tua penna USB? questo e' il mio disco con OSX monto la EFI presente in esso (che di base e' vuota) e ci copio quella che uso nella pennetta d questo momento la troverai sia nel bios che se premi alla schermata del bios il tasto funzione (da me F8) per scegliere da quale disco partire fatto questo potrai impostare da bios il disco con il quale vorrai decidere di partire

io non ho capito bene Spiega meglio nel bootmenu potrebbe essere l'opzione scan policy che hai in misc/security
