I have found that different settings of AMD hackintoshs between OpenCore and Clover. In OpenCore its BusSpeed = 100,000,000, but in Clover it shoulder set to 200,000,000 otherwise its audio output is very, very poor ! Could you try edit your config-clover.plist as mine shown here to test whether my theory is correct or not ?

Clover 5151 can boot my Ryzen 1700X hackintosh at Ventura 13.5 beta now. But it still failed to boot my FX-6300 hackintosh at Ventura higher than 13.3 ! config.plist.zip
