Ottimo @tuxy ..ma l'importante è che tu capisca cosa vuol dire quel quirks e come mai bisogna fare così!... il risultato è stato ottenuto...ma approfondisci il perchè! ... (leggi la documentazione su OpenCore e capirai che abilitando quell'opzione, si fa in modo che il TRIM funzioni anche su hardware NON proprietario Apple..anche se utilizza Intel, ha un firmware proprietario..e se TRIM non vede quel "firmware" non abilita...) In pratica, facendo così, abbiamo gabbato/fregato MacOS...facendogli credere che il disco sia Apple (spiegato per sommi capi e per far capire al volo) Ma meglio davvero che dai un occhiata alle documentazioni ...trovi di tutto e di più! 🙂 PS Felice di averti aiutato a risolvere il problema 🙂

OK, based on this, here is a different approach to remove the AX200 by removing PRT5. Use this SSDT (attached below) instead of the NoAX200 SSDT: do not use NoAX200 nor the XHCx-Rename SSDTs. Let me know how this gets on for you. *** I don't think this type of kext shows up. Just like RadeonBoost nor AGPMInjector show up. I think if kext only contains an info.plist they do not show up. Simply look for TB USB function.

I have used this: https://www.amazon.com/KeeYees-SOIC8-EEPROM-CH341A-Programmer/dp/B07SHSL9X9/ with this it is possible to have 3,3v and you do not have to desolder stuff (for me without tools and experience would be impossible to do) inserting red oval pin in red square position on programmer you can measure 3,2/3,3 v instead, inserting it in green square position you have an higher voltage measure of about 5,5 v (and this maybe is not good) then following the instructions posted (@igpu) you have to install software to flash and you can do all easily..I have flashed multiple time without any problems

fabiosun, another round for you to test USB-C activity. now there is new SSDT and a kext file to help inject USB properties. The kext file only injects USB for the TB card, no other devices. (I used a similar type of kext file to increase USB speed on an ASRock Z390 ITX build.)

@tuxy apri il config e controlla che sia impostato così come in foto... apri terminale e digita: sudo trimforce enable quando richiesto digita "y" e poi ancora "y" per riavviare... controlla in resoconto di sistema l'avvenuta attivazione: se preferisci, controlla anche da terminale con: system_profiler SPSerialATADataType | grep 'TRIM' supporto attivato 🙂 (Big Sur beta 4)

A And I'm seeing same thing with shutdown. I saw before started working on SSDTs. What I've uploaded will have no effect on this problem. It happens with some Hackintoshes. Some settings needs adjustment. Once I figure out (or someone else), I'll post solution. Oh, so does that disappear when unplugged? If so, then don't use that SSDT; otherwise it will cancel that connector. (But not a big deal; once any SSDT is disabled and computer rebooted, all goes back to stock.)

My board is the Asrock TRX40 Creator. I used EFI-v061-08-09-20-BareMetal-public that was posted on this website and set ncpi=0x2000. I also set CSM off and 4G enabled. IT WORKS !!!!! I can boot like a real Mac. Most everything that I care about works. I have sound running with a Sabrent USB dongle. I have not tried directly yet. Even iMessage works. Things that don't work for me are sleep, bluetooth, WiFi. My hack seems to be running quieter also, I think. I have activity monitor running and it appears to be loafing. At idle, only 3 cores have any bars. All of my USB ports appear to be working, unlike with Proxmox. I am absolutely impressed. Thanks guys!!!!!!

@Ploddles Try this EFI working on the TRX40 Designare which is very similar to the TRX40 Master. Just make sure to fill in your serial and ethernet ROM in the nvram section and try again EFI.zip
