  1. fabiosun, I got all SSDT working! I'll update all SSDT shortly. Here is result of proper TB, Alpine Ridge: After hot-plugging an external TB drive: Hackintool:

  2. Finally got around to running benchmarks after working through several Vega specific threads based on @meina222's device property patch, and combing through IORE

  3. Fabian notified me he made the Linux 5.8 pre-release official on his webpage. He also incorporated the AMD reset patch in it: https://github.com/fabianishere/pve-edge-kernel/releases/tag/v5.8.0-navi-reset So if you'd like to experiment with 'bleeding edge' kernels on Proxmox, now this is up to date so use his .deb releases as it's easier than building it yourself.

  4. I can provide SSDT with only re-naming (except for TB). This is all that I use, since I inject PCI data via DevProperties in OC. Attached are files that are what I use; no re-name for ETHx, Aquantia and NVMe. These cause no KP on my machine.

  5. My EFI upload yesterday is v061 and will work as is. Nothing fancy inside. BTW, I do have these boot arg: "brcmfx-driver=2 alcid=1 npci=0x2000" (I left "Above 4G encoding" enabled in BIOS). I've had no time to boot without it. (I must leave for work now, so tonight I test.) And yes, you need a firmware flashed TB card, either Alpine Ridge, which is what I have laying around, or Titan Ridge. *** Results (I have SIP disabled inside OpenCore). I tried disabling in Recovery, but it does not stick): System Integrity Protection status: unknown (Custom Configuration). Configuration: Apple Internal: disabled Kext Signing: disabled Filesystem Protections: disabled Debugging Restrictions: disabled DTrace Restrictions: disabled NVRAM Protections: disabled BaseSystem Verification: disabled This is an unsupported configuration, likely to break in the future and leave your machine in an unknown state

  6. Here are updated SSDTs (all of them). Please delete all previous SSDT uploads from me. I added some injections so you'll see entries in the SystemInfo/PCI section now. Let me know how it's working (or not). One more thing: remove the TB related DevProp from OpenCore. This information is inside the SSDT and would be redundant.

  7. I use 060 release important and mandatory setting is DevirtualizeMMIO quirk enabled

  8. Here are the Cinebench 15 results. I think this version only tests 1 GPU unlike LuxMark that can test both.

  9. Yes, we won't get full functionality until we get proper SSDT. But with DevProp injection some is better, like the nodes and the speed, which is now 40 GB/c instead of 20. The problem so far with the SSDT is not being able to overwrite D0C8, and this is true for the other SSDTs that are not working: if the device is more nested the SSDT doesn't substitute and doesn't work. The simple ones, like ANS1 and ANS2 do work as these devices are not so nested. I need to study the original DSDT for mobo. These can be made during boot inside OpenCore.

Ciao

  13. I'll answer your questions in a moment. First I was preparing stop-gap for you using DeviceProperties. Add the parts from attached file and this will inject most properties for TB. I used your exact DROM data. See attachment. If you do you'll see more of following (except your port will be at 7 while my Alpine Ridge is at port 5). Without this our sections at ports 5,7 are empty. This provides better TB functionality. *** The Cinebench was my faster than on VM (max there was ~17,500). The computer boots really fast and is snappier. Dual Radeon VII. This is same as on VM:

  14. I booted bare metal into Catalina using the above EFI without any problems. Some of the SSDT work. The TB is not injecting properly so more work is needed. It should be fixable. Thanks. It looks similar to mine. I'll work on TB SSDT tomorrow...

  15. Ocio macachi che con gli ultimi commit di OC 0.6.1 se non si imposta su Disablet invece di Default SecureBootModel presente in Misc / Security vi è pericolo che macOS non si avvii

  17. With attached config I can boot in "vanilla" mode in OSX Tested in High Sierra, Catalina next goal for me is to activate Nvidia Web Driver in this "vanilla" condition I have done some test for CPU The same benchmark posted before in a Proxmox/Osx environment Problem with some apps..but this is usual Vanilla method problem (adobe, davinci, etc)
