GIGABYTE TRX40 DESIGNARE (REV. 1.0) / AMD 3970X from AORUS TRX40 - On the way

Hello all 

I am coming back concerning my new rig

just to resume:
my built was an AORUS Master TRX40 rev 1.1, on SONOMA 14.8 (3970X, 256 DDR4-3600, Dual GPU with RX6900XT+4090...)
i was planning to level up to Tahoe, modifying and refreshing the open core, kexts etc etc)

Unfortunately without any reason, my mobo died a week ago (impossible to boot on it) 
so decided to buy "only" a new TRX40 mobo instead to buy a new rig 

Anyway
as everything didnt change in term of positions (PCIE1x16: RX6900, PCIE2x16: 4090) 
I decided to mod only the USBPorts.kext = FALSE (only for installing Tahoe and also Core-count 3970X = BA20000000

 

The problem is that i cannot go further than the installation on the NVMe (written: "the operation couldnt be completed. Permission denied")
if someone knows why it happens as if someone can check up the PLIST joined 
I will be more than thankful

PS: i tried to join the full EFI but i cannot as it is 30mb
