Sembrerebbe legato a questo processo mdworker_shared che assorbe memoria e cpu

Puoi provare anche ad alleggerire l indicizzazione di Spotlight escludendo alcuni elementi 

Cliccando su Privavy della ricerca ( in basso )

 

Puoi escludere un disco intero come vedi nel mio esempio

In condivisione , da me tt disabilitato 

Puoi provare anche con qualche app tipo CCleaner , ONYX , Cleanmymac per fare pulizia , scovare forse un virus e reindicizzare Spotlight ...  🤷‍♂️
