ho questo PC con Ventura cosa debbo fare per poter aggiornare a Sequoia?

MB: Gigabyte GA-H510M S2H CPU: Intel i7-11700 - FCLGA1200 Ram: 32 GB ram DDR4 2400MHZ Graphics: XFX Radeon RX 580 GTS XXX Edition 8GB
