utilizzo correttamente big sur sul mio hardware Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-10320 CPU @ 3.80GHz , main board asus H470Pro.

Stavo pensando di aggiornare a Monterey , potreste indicarmi cosa fare/cotrollare precedentemente ?
