clone monterey HDD2SSD senza app

Dopo aver fatto installazione sul mio optiplex 9020 su HD volevo fare il clone su un SSD

Ma se possibile volevo farlo senza usare app

Le info che ho trovano sono :

formattare SSD in AFS

entrare  in recovery  fare il restore  da HD su SDD

Poi nn so se devo ricopiare la dir EFI ma non  è un problema (montare partizione UEFI e copiare la directory EFI che ho salvato precedentemente) 

Modifiche alle linee guida??
