Help with AMD Power Gadget

So for the longest time now i have had the error shown in the screen shot and i am finally sick of it.

 

Please help me.

 

I have the latest app and kexts and latest OC with RC Ventura and it is still happening.

 

I believe the kext order is correct.

Are you sure are you booting from this Efi?

have you also updated the app itself?

I mean to check if in login items it runs an old app release

Yeah I updated the app. It’s not listed in login items, just background permissions.

it seems a wrong assigned path

If you run the app does it start or always that error?

 

Is it a OS starting error or you can't run that app?

If I turn on my pc the gadget runs automatically and gives that error. If I choose the quit option then launch the gadget from apps it works perfectly.

then reboot

then delete it

This was the fix. 
I removed all traces of the app, downloaded the newest Kexts and app again. Deleted the "old" kexts from EFI, moved the new ones into EFI and rebooted.
This removed the app from startup and background tasks. I then launched the app and added it to the login items, rebooted and all seems to be good.
