Enabled on bios:

all cpu @4Ghz

TDP approximate @370Watt

Auto on bios:

all cpu @3.8 Ghz

TDP approximate @270Watt

Disabled on bios:

all cpu @3.8 Ghz

TDP approximate @270Watt

Auto and disabled produce the same TDP values under a stress test

Enabling it produces a boost on performances and obviously on temperatures and TDP

 

Could you check in your system?
