MacBook Air Early 2014: problema con Bootcamp

Buongiorno a tutti

 

devo installare win 10 sul macbook in oggetto; spazio libero su hdd interno 72GB, chiavetta usb da 32GB formattata in ms-dos (fat), immagine iso di win 10 scaricata.

 

 

 

Avvio bootcamp e fila tutto liscio finché, in fase di creazione dell'usb, mi dice "impossibile creare l'unita usb di avvio, il disco non dispone di spazio libero sufficiente.

 

 

 

Da cosa dipende questo problema? La chiavetta é una 3.0 e ho provato anche a partizionarla a 16GB.
