i've read your thread, and for the temperatures of your system, 

in my case, i've the same system as you ( 7950X + 6900XT with Crosshair X670E)

i've disabling PBO and CPB, and made a manual OC (1.1V @ 5Ghz or 1.050 @ 4,8 Ghz) 

for Ram : Mode II at 5600Mhz (trident Z 5600OC) and flck at 2000Mhz

so the system is not hotter than before, and perform as well

cinebench : 37000

metal : 240000
