    Avevo un problema simile con TRx40 (mio precedente pc) HAck si installava semplicemente, Windows no Per windows dovevo staccare tutti gli altri dischi ed il masterizzatore blue ray per poter avere successo

    Mi sembra impossibile, non riesco ad installare Win, nè 10 nè 11, errore prima del riavvio!!! Evidentemente il mio PC non vuole vedere Win nemmeno di striscio!!! Devo per forza andare di MacOS

    Proverei prima da OSX 5min per passare da OC Release a Dev hai già lo zip li ...poi se ancora nn affiorano tutte , secondo me si , almeno 20-28 porte come nel mio caso ) Puoi provare poi da Win ... può tornare sempre utile comunque

    @Anto65 @Bros Stasera sono cotto, provo ad installare Windows e domani faccio la mappatura con USBToolBox, in base a quellanei giorni seguenti proverò anche il nuovo OCe e USBInjectAll modificato per mappare da MacOS, se raggiungo il risultato è tutta esperienza accumulata

    Da quanto dici non ti è ancora chiaro che le porte usb della tua z490 dovrebbero essere TUTTE visibili prima di iniziare "la procedura". Visibili all'applicazione che stai usando in quel momento, che sia su windows o su mac. Le porte (tutte) non "compaiono" dal nulla. O sono già nella lista - e in quel caso si attivano con l'inserimento del dispositivo - o non è la procedura corretta. @Anto65 ti ha dato suggerimenti da tenere in considerazione, essendo aggiornato sulle specifiche con cui attuarli.

    E' la procedura che faccio, ma non compare la penna USB3 dopo che ho disconnesso quella USB2, sto pensando seriamente di contaminare il PC con Windows, solo ed esclusivamente per la mappatura, sperando non sia complicata

    Dal tuo ultimo screenshot risultano ancora le solite 10 porte che, come ti ho scritto in precedenza, sono le 8 posteriori più le 2 interne (hub bluetooth + hub Mistic Light) Ma se, come dici, hai altre 2 porte usb2 frontali, già te ne mancano 2 all’appello. (nb non ti sto dicendo che non funzionano, essendo collegate agli hub interni, ma che non sono rilevate correttamente) E sto parlando di porte fisiche, cioè quelle in cui ci puoi inserire un dispositivo … fisico. Quindi in teoria, se ti va di sviscerare l’argomento, devi far apparire altre 4 porte, possibilmente usb3. Ma come fare, diresti tu, dato che nonostante gli innumerevoli “consigli” hai ancora le stesse porte che avevi all’inizio? Allora, considera che solo macOs limita a 16 il numero di porte usb. Windows te le mostra e te le fa utilizzare tutte. Quindi se vuoi vederle nella loro totalità hai poco da scegliere: -Windows. Come ti ha suggerito molto bene @Anto65 con USBMap, senza fare altro che togliere tutti i dispositivi dalle 10 porte e con solo scritte azzurre a video (porta rilevata ma vuota) inserire un dispositivo usb2 (possibilmente sempre lo stesso, tipo “Wireless Receiver” ad esempio) in tutte e 10 le porte. Noterai che 10 porte ,tra tutte nell’elenco, diventeranno verdi, mentre in azzurro ci sarà sotto solo l’indicazione del dispositivo inserito. “Wireless Receiver”. 10 wireless receiver su 10 porte usb2. (nb in realtà solo 4 sono solo usb2 le altre 6 sono usb3 retrocompatibili con un dispositivo usb2 inserito) Segnatele e prosegui. Ora dovresti rimuovere anche il ricevitore usb2 e inserirlo in una delle 2 porte posteriori o anteriori che sai già essere SOLO usb2, se no non riusciresti ad utilizzare il pc. Quindi ripeti le stesse operazioni precedenti utilizzando solo il DataTraveler, con tutte le altre porte usb3 vuote. (massimo 6 essendo 6 quelle fisiche) Dovresti avere in USBMap almeno altre 4 porte usb3 di color verde, corrispondenti a quelle situate nel retro, color azzurro. (puoi anche provare a cimentarti con le USB3 gen2 1 e 2 ma se hai l’adattatore e ti accontenti hai già trovato le 16 porte che ti possono servire.) Noterai che le 4 poste usb3 posteriori hanno rilevato correttamente sia il dispositivo usb2 del ricevitore, con nome (High Speed) HSxx (5-6-9-10) , che il DataTraveler in altrettante 4 nuove porte (Super Speed) SSxx che dovrai aggiungere all’elenco di cui stai prendendo nota. Ora, trascrivi le 16 porte rilevate con tanto di indicazione di nome, tipo e (perché no?), di posizione nel case. Hai così le informazioni che ti servono per fare lo stesso lavoro con… - MacOS. Se non ho capito male, è da qui che operi, senza Win. E se sei così “costretto”, devi tener a mente il limite di 16 porte che macOS impone. Rifletti: come potrebbe mai un’ applicazione mac (come hackintool) mostrare più porte di quante lo stesso sistema operativo impone? Non può! Questo è il motivo per cui vedi sempre e comunque le 10 porte iniziali che hai mappato in precedenza o che macOS considera casualmente(?) . A meno che non si intervenga proprio sul SO con …PortLimit che “evita” l’imposizione ma non rende manifesto il rilevamento delle porte stesse. Motivo per cui USBInjectAll è necessario per farle “apparire” almeno come “esistenti”, seppur non direttamente utilizzabili. Solo ora puoi utilizzare Hackintool. Noterai un numero di porte superiore al quelle che hai postato. Seguendo da qui le indicazioni già fornite per Windows o suggerite da altri utenti, potrai iniziare a mappare le porte con il metodo che preferisci o che ti consiglieranno con maggiore esperienza di me.

    Ho un problema col Dummy kext, nelle porte USB3 quando inserisco la penna USB2 la vede ma la USB3 no, nelle porte USB2 invece vede anche le 3; quindi quando vado a creare il kext USBMap e lo provo non monta le periferiche USB3 nelle porte dedicate, probabilmente sbaglio qualcosa. Intanto penso di aver risolto il problema del blocco di windowserver con una versione più recente di WEG (1.7.1d1), col quale finalmente arrivo al desktop

    @Perdusulla stessa porta quando fai la mappatura metti una penna USB2 e poi una penna usb3? se si ti rileverebbe (se tutto va bene due portre diverse con due nomi diversi da li poi si danno nel config le porte corrette io ora ti ho messo usb2 a tutte quelle che avevano la velocità di 480 ma devi fare come ti dico con il doppio inserimento di penna usb2 e 3 in pratica una porta puo' avere 2 o piu' nomi diversi a seconda di quello che ci inserisci

    Ciao @fabiosun le vede quasi tutte tranne una come puoi vedere dallo screenshot credo sia la porta c, ho messo un adattatore con una penna USB 3.0 ma non la rileva, però non so se sia corretto come procedimento quelle del retro sono tutte USB 3 ma le vede tutte a 2.0 tranne quella dove ho levato il mouse perché sto usando un mouse Bluetooth che sarebbe la penultima in fondo iMac reg- dopo modifica.zip

    si si per quello ti sto spronando 🙂 per l'adattatore type c devi vedere se inserendolot te lo vede il software di mappatura come typec e vedere se lo rimetti ruotato se ti segna un'altra porta poi nelle altre USB normali metti e togli USB2/3 e dai il tempo che le trovi poi per la perfezione massima dovresti anche mettere delle bacchette USB2/3 negli attacchi interni delle USB della piastra madre

    @fabiosun Ho un adattatore per la USB-C, non ho una penna appropriata, ma ci posso mettere qualsiasi penna, indipendentemente che sia USB2 o 3. Potrei anche accontentarmi del risultato, ma questa roba la sto facendo anche per rimettermi in pista, troppe novità mi sono passate davanti e non sono stato al passo coi tempi, devo recuperare

    allora devi avere a seconda delle porte della tua piastra i tipi di penne usb appropriati se hai Type c anche vanno inserite due volte girando il verso la leggenda dice che ad alcuni girando il verso della type c abiliti un'altra porta per fare la mappatura perfetta non va semplificata altro discorso che per te o per me puo' anche funzionare perfettamente come ci piace farla 🙂

    La procedura diciamo che l'ho semplificata, la procedura esatta sarebbe lanciare il comando e creare il kext Dummy, riavviare col Dummy e fare il giro con le pennette USB2 e 3, eventualmente editare le porte e creare il kext ufficiale, giusto? Rifaccio tutto da zero poi vediamo 🤣

    Ho fatto così, con il terminale ho editato il tipo delle porte e ho creato il kext, inserito in OC e dichiarato nel config, tolto il quirk XHCIPortLimit e riavviato, la situazione è questa Tutte le periferiche esterne si vedono sul desktop e a me sembra vada bene, che dite? Ciò che rimane da fare è scoprire il motivo del blocco random di WindowServer in avvio, credo sia dovuto alla grafica, allego il report per conferma @Anto65 Grazie, ho editato il plist con plist edit per ridestinare il tipo di connettore delle USB2, avevo sbagliato il valore. Per quanto riguarda il giro con le pennette non l'ho fatto, ma se inserisco una USB2 in una porta USB3 e viceversa la vede, quello che non capisco è che la velocità indicata è sempre 480Mbps...     @Carbo l app te lo suggerisce in basso come editare le porte Se vuoi aggiungere / rimuovere una porta basta digitare il numero della porta + invio Cambiare il tipo di connettore , es. la N° 6 da 255 / internal a USB2 T:6:0 Aggiungere una personalizzazione / etichetta (Front-SX , Front-DX , Bluetooth ... ) C:6:Front-SX Puo' risultare non semplice , piu' facile editare l info.plist del kext come suggerito da fabio ... dopo averlo Kreato Ovvio non devi usare il kext generato da hackintool , ma ripartire a mappare con USBInjectAll e PortLimit abilitato ( riconoscerebbe sempre le stesse porte definite nel kext ) Si intende aver inserito una pennetta USB2 es. nella porta frontale in alto a sx , attendere che l app la rilevi , poi va tolta e inserita in un altra porta ... facendo il giro di tutte le porte con la stessa usb Stessa cosa poi con una pennetta USB3 ... se hai fatto cosi ok Considererei prima di tutto che Il PortLimit su Tahoe non funziona , l ottimale sarebbe mappare da WIN o versioni inferiori di OSX Tuttavia scaricando OC DEV / Beta 1.0.7 e' stata gia' integrata la Patch di Laobamac per poter superare nuovamente il limite delle porte in Tahoe ... aggiungerei pure XHCI-unsupported.kext insieme a USBInjectAll Secondo me manca qualche altra porta Nel mio caso da Win ( USBToolBox ) e OSX ( USBMap ) rileva 24 porte + le 4 PXSX

    @Carbocon K crei il kext io le farei mettere tutte e poi da osx con un plisteditore accenderei/spegnerei quelle che vuoi controllando con hackintool se sono messe bene come definizioni di porta in base ha cio' che vedi de visu sulla piastra madre 🙂

    ( Lo zip che hai eseguito è il master va compilato prima ) Qui USBToolBox già compilato ... ed è eseguibile solo da Win https://github.com/USBToolBox/tool/releases/tag/0.2 Scarichi Windows.zip e esegui all interno Windows/dist/Windows.exe Completata la mappatura e creato l UTBMap.kext Va aggiunto pure USBToolBox.kext in OC/Kexts https://github.com/USBToolBox/kext/releases/tag/1.2.0
